Jaime has been practicing the art of massage therapy for over twenty years. These gifts were realized and nurtured at an early age. 

After becoming certified as a massage therapist in 2001, she went on to acquire an AA in Culture Science and Technology at the Community College of Philadelphia, attended a Diploma program at Roxborough Memorial Hospital School of Nursing, and most recently, graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Health Services Management from Thomas Jefferson University. 

Jaime is certified in many massage and bodywork modalities including; craniosacral therapy, reflexology, tai massage on the table, Acupressure, Orthopedic massage for the lower extremities, Neuromuscular therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Swedish, deep tissue, Lomi Lomi, and hot stone. As a certified massage Doula, she has a focus on pre-natal massage and can provide infant massage instruction, as well as support preparing for, recovering from, and during labor and delivery. 

Before each session, Jamie performs an overall assessment and provides an individualized treatment based on your needs, desired outcome, and physician or other provider recommendations. She enjoys working with people of all ages, in all stages of their wellness journey.
